Traction Control keeps going back to 5

I am not sure if this is a 'bug' and whether it was introduced by the recent 'update', but has anyone else noticed that Traction Control keeps going back to 5.

When I first got GT5P with the SpecII update, I turned off all the aids and never had to adjust them again.

But after the update a few weeks ago, I notice that TC was on, so I switched it off.. I am not sure why (perhaps its switching cars), but it seems that TC keeps getting re-enabled.

Has anyone else noticed this? Was it always like this? Is there any way to force it to switch off and STAY off?

If you switch to tuning setup "B" or "C" for the first time, traction control will be set to 5. Same thing happen if you click "reset to default" on any tuning setup, TCS always goes back to 5 regardless of what you set on the driving options.
