Trading Car glitch?

Yesterday I sent a Evo VI to my friend, when i press the button to trade the car my PSN account lag, so I log off an log on to do the trade again, when I press the trade button again it says I pass the limit, so I go to my friend house and he receives the Evo VI but I have the same Evo VI in my garage. His that a glitch or a new setting of the updates?

Sounds like it sent the car but the system didn't get a chance to adjust the save file accordingly. No different than the duplication system where you restore to an earlier save.
