Trading Issues help

So me and my gf both play gt5 and we have our own separate accounts on my Ps3. We always trade cars as a advantage to both of us. Recently (post 1.07) that whenever I trade her a car she can't trade me another car on the same day have the recently applied a system that does the trade limit by IP?

Anyone else have a similar issue?
