Trading limit?

I tried to trade my Viper concept to someone in exchange for a jag xj220, and it said I could not trade my Viper, which if I remember correctly when I bought it was 990.xxx Cr. Does the 1 million limit include the price of upgrades on the car to which it would make the car worth over 1 mill or is something wrong here? If this is the case I'm betting I can't trade my R390 road car which I purchased for 999.xxx.
 
Same problem... I have a BMW Touring Car and it won't let me trade it... It's in the Online Dealership now for 965,XXX. What is going on... Thank PolyPHONY Digital.

PD didn't let me send a car today...even though its beyond 24 hours since my last sent car...

I had this problem yesterday after the reset. I haven't tried today yet.
 
I believe mileage has something to do with the car's trade value. I remember reading from someone saying that they bought a a DTM Touring Car with very high mileage from the UCD for under 990,000cr., but still couldn't trade it despite the purchase value. That's lame :\
