the first car i always sent has always been received by a friend
but when trying to send more than one the #2-#X were never received

even with the no no slap your hand with a ruler bd thing even with recreating the save file 2-x were never received which leads me to believe that sony/pd is trying fix the bd/exploit by allowing accounts to receive only 1 car per day from the same user
