Trading USED 1mil cars?

Just curious if anyone has found out whether you can trade a car that is 1mil (or more) brand new but has depreciated in value?

I know that some cars go way down in price just after buying them so it would be nice to know if its the brand new price which dictates if it can be gifted or the actual sell value.

it goes buy how much the vehicle was when bought :)
 
thats exactly 1 mil tho isn't it? hmmmm maybe its only OVER 1 mil cap, i'll have a look at the wording...

Wouldn't make sense though, the Renault Maxi Turbo is under 1 million cr. and it can't be traded. There must be an internal value to each car not shown that determines if it can be traded.

like soft racing tires cost 36 000 cr .... or more ....

That's the s/h price though, isn't it? Not the new value...
 
S/h price? Not sure what that is, but the possibility is that the internal value not shown is the price of the car if it were new and bought (since it would make little sense that the car doesn't have a new car value if it can be won with 0 miles). That value, whatever it is, must be the value used to determine if the car can be traded. I am speculating here yes, but it does explain why the cars below 1 million can't be traded.

I think they didn't warn us to prevent a mass duping/trading at the last second
