I'm guessing your after a car in the ucd, the only way to get money is to do remote racing from another account with all of your drivers, this way it won't update your ucd, also if you have not yet done the drift and time trials you can get 2mil and this will also not update the ucd.

No, you cannot send cars over $1,000,000.

Okay, other than that glitch someone found that deletes half of the stuff you have. Normally, you cannot. As my link states.

I don't recommend it if you are trying to get many cars but if you are trying to get one car, lets say the x1 prototype then i would say its very useful.
