Tragic and Unfortunate news.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, this morning my father was taken to Leicester Hospital for emergency surgery suffering from severe pain in his abdomen, a clot had developed in a kidney that was recently transplanted into him, unfortunately he passed away on the operating table at 12:10 this afternoon.

Me and my sister where both shocked as he seemed perfectly fine when he came home yesterday. I don't know what's going to happen now obvioulsy there's going to be a post mortem to find out how exactly he died, then we'll have to sort out the funeral arrangment's.

Dad, me, Charlotte and Roxie(niece) will both miss you:( .

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure the surgeons did everything they could. :(

Thats very sad to hear, especially for him to only be 46, he wasn't much older than some of my friends. The best advice I can give is to remember the 23 years you've had with him and to keep hold of any good times you had.

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss... I experienced a part of life with my grandma and aunt that's been very taxing for me but this doesn't compare in anyway to your situation. These two things make me step back an look at life a bit.

My deepest sympathy. Your father was only a few years older than I am - and it sounds like he had been having difficulty lately as well. I'm very sorry to hear that he lost the fight.

My thoughts are with you and your family. I lost my father almost 10 years ago. The pain will fade, but missing him will not. As others have said, keep the memories close.
