Training B spec drivers

I am level 12 in B spec and I am training my 3rd driver. I put my level 2 Bob in the Japanese 80s race with the Mutul 87 Civic....OMG. He has no mental strength & normal strength after a few laps and is dead last. :crazy: That car drives on rails and I didn't expect him to suck so much.

Do you guys take your low level B spec drivers to lower level races?
 
B-Spec Bob loves AWD and in my experience hates FF and VTEC.
 
I put my level 0 Bob in the level 21 Nascar race at Indy, his physical and mental strength last only 5 of the total 18 laps but he still won by 10.3 seconds.

After the race his level went from 0 to 7.
 
Best way to level up bobs fast is give them any decent overpowered car for the event, and enter them in any oval race, put my level 7 bob in the indy 500 solo and in the x1 tho i suppose the FGT or the minolta would do with a little pace up to get a good solid lap lead, but he went form level 7 to 24 in one indy.

Same principle applies to like the wind oval or even the american championship or any oval race since exhaustion means pretty much nothing in an oval race.
 
my bob is useless, he actually drove backwards around the track once
