Transferring the 10,000,000 credits prize for GT3

I have won a prize in GT Concept that allows me to save 10,000,000 credits to my GT3 A-spec savegame file. However, GT Concept keeps giving me a message saying that the GT3 savegame file could not be found even though I save both games on the same memory card. Can someone shed light on this problem?

Have you got another memory card? Perhaps you can copy your GT3 game to another card and see if that will work.

hey dude u mmite be runnin ntsc and pal versions of each game so yea files arent compatible with each other

the gt3 save data wil be erased if try to transfer the gtc save????

No, it should just transfer the credits to your current game.

At the game progress screen select the second present (at the bottom of the screen) from the right. It will then go to a screen that lets you select which memory card port your GT3 data is in. Select it and you're done!

I think you have to win all of the pro difficulty races to be able to do this. (can't quite remember been a while since i did it). You can only do it once for each GT3 save.

The extra 10,000,000 are one of the 4 bonuses (little presents shown at the bottom of the screen), and they are awarded when you complete 50% of the game if I remember well.
That was indeed a long time ago and I never restarted a game on GTC.

I was just starting out GT3 (second car) and just got the 10.000.000 credits in GTC, but didn't transfer them to GT3 :grumpy:

It's only worth it if you finished GT3.
