[Travelling]Directions to the Nürburgring?

Hello,

I wanted to ask those who have went to the Nürburgring and/or local advice regarding to directions. This would be my first time going and flying into Dusseldorf (I know its like 2 hrs away but was cheap to fly to Dusseldorf than Cologne).

Is there like Uber/Lyft to take me directly there? I dont plan to rent a car to drive to the Nürburgring; unsure of German driving laws. Any advice/tips are welcome!
