this might have been metioned before but u can post funny tricks we can try I have 2

FF Handbrake trick-get a FF drivetrain car (mini,integra type r and citron rally) go on and track with a hill with a straight road (laguna seca,midfield and midfield II) go faster than 10km/h and put on the handbrake it keeps on going because it drives by the front!!!:lol:

Mini Cooper Corkscrew- get the mini and go to laguna seca when u start turn around and head towards the corscrew when u get to the middle of the steep bit of the corkscrew turn around and try to reverse up it u can hardly climb it!!:D
 
Not really, in game the handbrake kills the revs and locks up the back wheels. So what I'm telling you is that your seeing the car use its momentum to go on locked up wheels. You notice it stops too... it just needs to lose the speed
 
I believe the term trick is being used a little too loosely in this thread. Thanx for the input though.

FF cars only lock up the rear tires, causing little or no slow down when flooring it.
 
but it kills the rev, or keeps the rev and it doesn't spin the tires
 
Hold the brake in hard and also press the reverse button, you're car will slow down quicker and be in the right gear without any input.
 
If you go to reverse, the car automatically shifts down to 1st gear when you release it, no matter what speed you're going. If first is the right gear, then yes, it goes to the right gear.
 
I have the PAL version of the game and have Circle as my reverse, if you hold reverse coming into a corner from whatever gear (since you can't shift into reverse) and then let go, it will put you into the recommended gear, e.g. if you were in 5th and started brake/reversing then let go you will likely be in 3rd gear.

Gotta say, I noticed the exact opposite... PAL version again...
 
you know if you just quickly tap the e brake it takes your revs out and you engine is quite... It disturbing to attempt to go through corners without loosing too much speed in this manner... ok i am bored
 
uhh anybody who knows cars in real life,,, this really aint a trick,, and FF E-brake isnt conidered drifting,, in real life any FF drifter uses Weight Transfer to over steer and if you dont belive let me know cause i have stuff that can back it up...

Uh, great contribution, no one even mentioned anything about drifting in this thread.

Anyway, as someone else said, they don't really seem like tricks to me, just something very weird to do when you're bored.
 
:lol: i drive mini's up the hill at laguna all the time! It's hilarious watching the little thing struggle.. haha

When I hit reverse, then the gas, I'm automatically in the right gear, without it shifting up or down depending on the circumstances. This might have something to do with me using an automatic tranny though.

I love holding the e-brake and letting my Celica keep going through it. It looks hilarious when the car goes by and the rear wheels aren't moving.

DO NOT hit reverse for the brakes in an enduro. It just burns through your tires really fast
 
You mean don't HOLD the button...if you just hit it it'll only do minor damage. What if it was the last lap? :p
