Welcome to Season 1 of Trofeo Cappuccino! This series is meant as a way for beginning drivers to work their way up the ranks into the Cappuccino Cup.

There are two classes in Trofeo Cappuccino. GT, for race-modded cars in the 100hp range, with full adjustability for all the parts, and ST, with aerodynamics being the only adjustable part, to make it easier for beginners to race.

To help with organization, everything you need to know about the series can be found in the
Trofeo Cappuccino Social Group.

GT Class - 100hp, 590kg Before Break-In:
This class is for race modded Capps, with all aftermarket parts except for turbos. This class will run Sports Soft tires. Drivers who have competed in Cappuccino Cup Season 1 may use their Capp Cup cars in this class with the turbo removed. Class Scrapped

ST Class - 75hp, 675 kg Before Break-In:
This class is based off the street car, with a slight increase in power. The rear wing is the only adjustable part, to make it easier for new racers to compete. This class will run on Sports Soft tires.

Entry List is up-to-date.

Unless we get a ton more people, we'll most likely only have one race a weekend for Season 1, every Sunday at 8:00 PM GMT. I'd like at least 4 people per class, I'd consider just running ST class as well if necessary.

Also, in the GT sign-ups, you may notice the CC-GT and TC-GT markers after the driver's information. This is just to differentiate between people running Capp Cup cars and TroCapp cars.
 
I'll be holding an exhibition race tomorrow night at Cape Ring Inside. The race will be held in StigsHero (PSN BrandonW77)'s lounge. Capp Cup drivers will also be attending.

I've become a big fan of these cars, Lancer. I'd love to run in the ST class (I also have a slight GT buying addiction...)

Since not very many people showed up for the first race, I've decided to use the races as test sessions and hopefully start a season once we get a good sized field. There will be a few changes:

1. The GT class has been scrapped. It was too similar to the Capp Cup cars.
2. The ST class will now run on Sport Soft tires.
3. I'm also going to work out a way to use both the EA11R and EA21R Capps in the series.


My lounge will open at the normal time for races. All are welcome to attend. See you at Laguna.

This sounds right up my alley! I have a couple questions before I commit to signing up, though. Are the race regulations the same as the main Capp Cup? If so, I'm totally down with that (although I'm a supporter of heavy damage over light damage). Also, I read that you want to use similar tracks to the Capp Cup - 6 small tracks. What tracks are you looking at using, and in what order? Here's my info:
