Trophy Error/Noisy Disc Drive

So lately ive been gettin this message upon bootin game up ¨Could not gather trophy information quitting game¨.. And to make matters worse it makes the the disk drive real noisy.. not your average noise either.. And mind you when it does that the game wont load or reset which leaves me to pull the plug.. I cant stand doing that... Ive decided to lay the system down to see if it would make a difference and so far so good.. But im still worried... has anybody had this issue if so plz post.. (120gb Slim)

Hey, what are those track pictures on your teams page?

I have a 120gb ps3 slim also, but never had that problem.

Most of the tracks are F1 tracks, its just a quick over view.. It tells you what gear and speed to hit the turn in.. The one for Sao Paulo (Brazil GP) helped me out alot.. They come in handy..
