Trophy/Achievement Rewards: It'd be nice to get something for those achievements. Something in game. Like special cars and liveries in a racing or open world game. Or special weapons in a FPS. I think if this were the case it would make a lot more people trophy crazy.

I also think it'd be cool to have consequences for cheating in game. And not just the usual "you can't save or earn stuff while cheats are on." I mean like, for GTA's weather cheats, for example: If you turn rain on and leave it on, the water levels begin to rise and eventually the city begins to flood. Or the longer you leave the snow on, the deeper it gets and the colder it gets (Antartica anyone?). Or if you blow up the lighthouse and leave the fog on, ships will smash into the rocks and harbor. If the sun's out for too long, it gets hotter and hotter, causing water to evaporate and plants to wither and cars to overheat.

Or say, if you turned on infinite health and ammo, the people around you would start taking notice. If you have infinite health, maybe the media will chase after you. Or perhaps people will try and stab you with stakes and stuff. Or if you have infinite Ammo, the gun stores won't sell you anything else stating that "you've already got enough firepower."

I also think cheat codes could effect the storyline as well.

I see the idea, I think its sort of cool.

The first part of your idea would be very difficult to implement I think and if its only for those who cheat what's the point?

The second part of the idea I can see being not too hard to do and could be a nice gimmick.

The main problem I have though is that it is just that, a gimmick and nothing of any real purpose that's worth spending time implementing.
