In Downtown Jacksonville, The Riverplace tower-Southbank is having the SWAT called in. I just got informed by my parents on this. My Mom says there a Hostage or a bomb inside the building. She don't know, either one. But the SWAT team is being call in the building now.
I'll be sure to post more information to ya'll as information is released.
EDIT:
I googled a image of the tower to show what the building looks like.
Maybe there's a hostage with a bomb.
Hmmm interesting. How close are you? You could be one of those weird people waving behind the police tape.

Or that...
Magic, I'm close to downtown. But not too close.

That would be an interesting negotiation process.
He's 10 miles away from the building DArin told me.
CNN.com has nothing about it yet.
Your dad is even lower then a mile away from the building?

Its about 6 to 7 miles.
My dads work is not even a mile away from the building. Infact, its a couple blocks away from it.
Where exactly did your parents get this information...?
IM sure it's on the news 359.
Not on any national news station. And if its on thenews, can't Darin turn on the TV?

Where exactly did your parents get this information...?
Its on our local news.
If it was a hostage situation it would be all over CNN news. Then again, I'm not watching the news.

Sucks to be that guy..... I feel sorry for him. that has to suck being a hostage.
He probably needed some new underwear after that one.
Fox News had a 10 second blurb about this. A judge wanted the robber to surrender on live TV or something to that affect. Sounds kind of weird to me.
