Trouble submitting times

I know there is something simple I am missing, but I can't seem to get my time submitted properly.

For week 7 I have the following times: T1: 35.142", T2: 21.404". I have tried a dozen permutations and configurations but the bot keeps rejecting my submission with an 'invalid body' response. I know I'm slow and all but I didn't think I was that bad!

But seriously, I've read the guidelines several times and I'm just not getting it right somehow. Can anyone help me out with the proper format? Much appreciated.

You do not have to send your splits to WRSFetchBot, only your whole lap times.

The body should be formatted like this (without the dashes):

-----
Time: 1'19.123
-----

Than the bot will accept your time

if you are wanting to submit your final time, all you do is put the total time.. if you are wanting to post your splits, you just list them like this in the week 7 sticky thread.

T1: 00.000
T2: 00.000

Thanks! Reading the guidelines I thought that I had to submit the splits.
