Trouble with Media Center TV Setup

So I'm go in and mess around with Windows Media Center setup. Last time I had done so, I had AT&T U-Verse so when I set it up I was able to find that provider. I have since then switched to Dish but unfortunately, I can't find them on the list:

What do I need to do to set it up to the right provider?
