Here's my first published tune:

F430
700PP

Power: -5 (459HP)
Weight: 85% (1232KG)
Tires: R3/R3
Ride Height: 0/-12
Spring Rate: 8/7
Damper: 8/6
Toe: 0/-.06
Camber: 2.4/2.0
Brake Balance: 8/6

Gears
1. 3.290
2. 1.940
3. 1.474
4. 1.240
5. 1.053
6. .904
Final 4.483

I'm still tweaking, right now I'm running 2'02s and I know 2'01 is attainable, and 2'00 with draft would not be a stretch at all. For my style the car is incredibly stable which allows for more consistent clean laps.

Again this is my first published tune so feel free to critique and suggest changes. I'm using the sixaxis.

I think most people are finding R1 tyres to be fastest on the F430 if you want to give that a shot.;)

the only thing i want to know is, why have you lowered the power? i know youve lowered the weight, but why the power?

Myself, I find that lower weight and lower power has advantages so I usually tune with min weight except for Daytona Oval where power rules over all.

I also agree that the F430 seems to like R1s best.

r3r3 tyres.. dont know why people are using power over grip, maybe for some other tracks like daytona oval.. more grip, better handling

more grip, better handling

An obvious statement, but too simplistic. There are many examples of cars that will turn faster laps with R1s than with R3s at certain PP levels. The only track in the game where tires almost always trump power is Eiger.
