Trying to make a tuning crew.

I'd like to arrange just a small tuning crew of 3-4 people. I'd just like this to be a leisurely arranged crew. I want crew members that tune anything, replicas, drag, track. I'd really like to get a good drag tuner involved to help out people who aren't good at drag racing, haha like myself. I'd like replicators to join too.
