Can someone help. I have done everything up to the fanatec page to update firmware . I can't go any further due to a error on the last line that is labeled driver, this is what it says: fanatec upate port driver pre-install failed .Not sure why this is showing I downloaded driver for 32 bit .I am running windows xp.

Which ever file location you use on your computer for the Fanatec updater software use the same location for the driver. The update automatically looks for the driver but will error out if it dossn't find it in the same file as it is located.
To do this copy and past the driver software to the file with the updater.
