Sharing is caring and all of that, right? Right.
If you'll recall, way back in the August 31st issue of the Weekly Rewind I mentioned a special giveaway where you'd have your choice of 9 PC games from either Steam or Origin with the notion that details would soon follow; details that never surfaced.
It's Christmas and I'm in the giving mood (which is funny because I was going to give these away regardless, but what better day than today?) and if that means not being referred to as an 'Egg' or being called 'Rude' for a day then that's something I'll have to put up with.
I can be nice. Honest.
So here's how this is going to work, there are going to be a series of questions and those who correctly answer the questions will have their choice. Originally the intent was to keep the selection of games a secret but seeing as I know quite a few that will have at least one of these games they're out in the open now to avoid further confusion.
Once a question has been answered it will be struck from the Room of Obstacles and a new question will be posted; don't expect these to be easy because where's the fun in that.

Room of Obstacles
Obstacle 1: My profile says I joined in 2009, which is true, but I've been around for more than a year prior to that. I may be talked about now but my original account was true to the name, and inspired by something talked about far more than I.
Clue: Seven-Eight-Seven.
Obstacle 2: The first of its kind was a rush, and saw a gathering of like-minded individuals talking about things of a gran persuasion.
Not a replica in sight, it was a festival for the ages.
Clue: Hosted by the sixth celebrating its fifteenth.
Obstacle 3: What started off as one soon ballooned to thirty. I was once 23 and a mistake won me an award of the GTPlanet variety.
Clue: He who nominated me for this award is no small fry.
Obstacle 4: An opportunity once seen as a fruitful endeavor was soon cast away and combined its likeness with that of its larger sibling. It was the beginning of my journey and is something I'll never forget despite the utter disappointment. Alas, one year is better than one minute.
Clue: Force.
Obstacle 5: If you turn over every stone you will discover the origin of this fictional chemical that comprises my name. In an effort to keep the inmates at bay, I sat down and revealed all I could remember about myself for the week was nearly over and the newest inductee had yet to find his place.
Clue: A special guest in the madhouse.
Obstacle 6: I may consider this my home but I visit other places on occasion, and this forum is a special one as the focal point is nothing but computers, however, the namesake of the forum shares its identity with software.
Clue: Vienna fingers.
Obstacle 7: And he laughs in your face, so you feel the disgrace, now you're spreading 'em wide - he's your worst dream coming true, you've got trouble times two...
Clue: Do you like Mexico?
