TS030 Hybrid '12 Red Bull Seasonal - Red Bull Time Trial Edition

This car is very very quick, even with the horsepower gone. Brake Bias is really up to you, as using a lower setting allows for more braking distance/time and therefor more hybrid power generated. Higher brake bias allows for a short stopping distance/time, but less power generated for the hybrid system.

I have the rear downforce pretty low to get it around the double left, then right at the red-bull statue. You may want to crank it up some if you aren't comfortable.

I tried your tune, I picked up some time over stock. But I had better luck keeping the diff stock and just turning up the rear downforce and keeping your suspension. Worked for me, at least with how I drive. (dpad)
