he cant login to the site. he sees this. has he been banned? he doesnt understand why, please explain or email him at TSi_Shiftz@Yahoo.com

yes, and it appears to be because he said **** in a post on the last page of a thread that was just clsoed. i think this is pretty dumb. i dont know the guy well, and i dont know if anything else added to the situation, but......

he said to post this for him

"If your going to ban me for cussing, then ban everyone who cusses otherwise then let me back on."
 
weak. i do that all the time. why not just talk to him, im sure hed get the point that way. has he been doing this repeatedly? has he been warned? i dont think banning someone off the fly is such an efficient way of dealing with it.
 
After his inital attacks, he was banned. Upon discussion amongst the moderators, it has been decided that as a warning it will only be temporary. When the administrators see fit, they will return his acces to GTPlanet.

AdvanR, if you are suggesting that you've acted in ways similar, heed his warning as well.

What TSi_Shiftz can do is clear his history and his cookies, and view GTplanet as an unregistered member. While here he can read the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service.

Of which, the very first bullet item states: No personal attacks on other members will be tolerated. If you question someone, it must be done in a reasonable and semi-friendly manner. Violating this rule will be grounds for suspension and/or permanent removal from the board.

At this time, the possibility of his return resides with the administrators of GTplanet.

If this thread is to remain open for discussion, it will return to said topic.

TSI_Shiftz has been unbanned. Any further offenses will result in permanent banishment.

What more is there to discuss? They guy has been unbanned and will be banned again for any future offenses. Get it? Got it. Good.
