Even with my coolest drivers behind the wheel, it never fails to dismay me when I see the state of the track after Bob has been at it for a few hours. Dirty great big skid-marks, one on top of another.

To be fair, I'm sending them round in a FGT, so I'm not sure what I was expecting..!! Anyway, now they've put the better part of 15k on the FGT's clock, I'm kinda thinking they could do with something else to drive. I've tried them in the HPA FT565, but frankly, they couldn't maintain a 0.58 average around the track, and they battered the bejeezuz outta it..!! My beautiful Angry Orange Beastie, with its face dragging on the floor..!! The outrage, I tell ya :ouch:

So, any suggestions on something a bit more interesting than the FGT. Something calm Bob can maintain a sub 0.58 average in..?? Something he won't keep stuffing into the barrier, time after time after time after time, STOP IT BOB, YOU *"%^"&$% *&"£>:~# {+!"$*&%.!! :grumpy:

Ta,

I use my FGT and have no problems and all my driver are pretty hot headed. Are you not winning the race? My bobs spin out every now and then too, but they still win by so many laps they could about spin out once a lap and still win lol.

Thanks Freight, I'll have a look in my garage and see if I have one.

MadRR, they have no problems winning, they romp how with something like 110 lap advantage, so you're quite right, they could do doughnuts every lap and still win by a country mile. But the idiots always spin it on the second and third hairpin. In fact on the third one, before the back straight, they some times point it at the barrier and hit the loud pedal..!!

It's just annoying, never a problem...

I put my guys in the McLaren F1, dialed the transmission down to around 207mph max speed, and it kills everybody at Tsukuba.

Thanks all for your comments. You know what, I'm actually thinking about sacking a few of my Bobs, and hiring some new guys. I'm going to try out some properly cool and hot headed drivers, and see if there a balance of driver and car for this grind. The majority of mine are around the middle mark (which I thought would be best) and all seem to get a little excited around this track, as slower moving traffic is never too far away.

I'm going to dedicate a bit of time to this, particularly with the addition of Remote Racing...

My bob did 788 laps in that event, but he nearly totaled my X1 :(

That's kinda my point. I'd like Bob to not total cars. Finding that car that's good enough, but not too chunky that Bob sticks it in the hedge twice a lap, is my challenge...

the best way to win this endurance without using FTG or X2010 is the Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo. 655 HP. your Bob can drive a 57/59 sec easly. max downforce. 240kmh gear ratio.

Duly noted Sir, thank you. I have one of them tucked away at the back of the garage...

Buy a normal car and tune it. I'm running mine in a 86 Supra I tuned myself. The last time they killed it in the GTR. BTW, all of my drivers are cool.

Borrowed a mazda 787 Cost nothing because its a Rental.
No engine drop
No oil needed
No body work needed.

Just a polite thank you to the lender. Free CR/XP

Has anyone else noticed this race is a ripoff on payout and xp? THe dream car championship takes like 1/16th the time and gives you far more $ and xp.

my Bob´s take easy win in Minolta race car, never spin and pit in only for tires (and still have half tank)

I just golded this last night.

4 Bob's in their 20's, 2003 Green Racing NSX with a freshly rebuilt engine. (more HP than the newer premium racing NSX's)

Won with almost a lap on the 2nd place car.

I ran that race a few times with various cars. The one I found the bob handled best was the Murci LP670-4 SV, set at 290kph with race hards. Don't recall seeing any circle work on the track.

But you have to be there pressing. X,X, down, X, X, every 22 mins.
This event requires smeg all activity for 9 hours for the Cr/Exp not bad for a few button presses 9 hrs ago.

Yeah, my multiple generations of B-Spec Bobs have run this race so many times I've lost count. (It's the "start it, leave for work, and collect the credits when I get home" race for me...)

Any of the Stealth cars (although I can only attest to this when it comes to my McLaren F1) will handily do the job, with the benefit of being wicked cheap to maintain.

The Premium version of the Amuse S2K GT1 is also a great option - even with that f-ugly interior.

Most of the times, I'll give my Bobs the keys to one of my better RM cars - like either Chevy Corvette, TVR Speed 6, or Chevy Camaro '10. Don't know why - I just do, and it works...

Good luck!

Peace...

Can't you just use THE redbull?
the point is not to have to spend 500,000 on the rebuild of the X2010 engine yet still have max speed. The OPs OCD won't allow it.
Thats why OP wants other options.
Renting or borrowing a car results in zero repair bill. so wants car choices on what to borrow.

Get yourself an FTO Touring Car and murk that opposition! If you can find it that is.

The only car my Bob's can handle properly on this track is my "Audi R8 (Lmp) '01"

FGT is a mess
ZR1 is a total mess (Ended up being 20 laps behind the "S2000 GT Turbo")

Everytime Bob uses the Redbull for this Race, They Don't finish. What happens is all the drivers are fatigued to the point were they sit in the pit, then finish last. So I put him in the Italia, went to bed, woke up with Gold, WTG BOB! Just in case this has happened to anyone else. It's not the game freezing, Bob's just to tired to continue on.
