Tsukuba: FF, 200hp, fastest car?

Hey, I'm having an ongoing challenge with a couple friends.

  • Any FWD car
  • max 200 hp
  • no TCS/skid recovery
  • no other restrictions (tires, mods etc)
I use the Civic Type R RM, fast lap is 58.8. My friend tried the Mazda Kusabi & ran a 57.1. I've tried a few other modded lightweights (Golf I, Lupo Cup, mm-R Cup) and can't come close to it.

Any other options? My only other idea was a Citroen Xsara Rally that's power limited.

Integra Type R Touring Car. It may give the Civic a run for it's money.
 
ITR Touring Car
Power limited to 200 hp
Stock tuning, only change was gearing

Ran about 15 laps, best was a 58.5. I'm sure drop that by 0.5 sec, but I can't see another 1.5 sec.

I tried the Kusabi, all bolt-on parts to get to 199 hp, by the 2nd lap I already ran a 58.2 with no tuning or gearing changes.
