Something I enjoy doing is being the Safety Car driver for a race. Somehow it feels important, for rolling starts, or even having a safety car go out during a wreck, just for a sense of realism. If anyone would like a courteous, professional, and enthusiastic Safety Car driver, Im open, any type of race, any car. Post here or PM me for details

Great!! Would you be interested in the job as the saftey car driver for WSGTC?

We are going to have one formationlap prior the start of the race. And for the mixed class races, we'll let the GT300's run one lap prior the formationlap to make sure that they finish the race before the timer runs out. This would be the main effort from the pace-car driver to be responsable for. And I'll might add that if a driver get engine damage (We run the races with heavy damage), he can type "SC" in the chat to call you out. You will be parked somewhere around the pit-exit. And as soon as you see the "SC" message, you simply pull out in front of the leader, drive one lap with an even pace, around 90 km/h (60 mph). When you pull in to the pits again, the race is restarts. This will add a realistic feel to the races, and it will also make the time lost for the driver who crashed less. I'm going to start a discussion about this in the thread for WSGTC 2 where we are planning everything for season 2. 👍

What car do you want to drive as your saftey car?

Well, that depends on a lot of things. What type of cars do you race, and when do you need me to do this? Currently I have an RX8, which would do nicely for low-powered races, but i also have several Standard German saloons/sedans. And my SLR. If i have a week or so, i could get an SLS or the LF-A, which are my preferred. I had to sell all of my stuff to get a rare find in the UCD. So let me know! Ill PM you to say i replied

hawkeye122 I have 903 cars so far so if you need a certain one but don't have it just let me know. I can add you on PSN and share the car you need :)

Thanks lol. When PSN comes back on it shouldnt be an issue, ill have B-spec income by then. Did I miss something and its back on now? Anyways, thanks for the offer. I'll keep that in mind, in case i get an obscure request of car :)

Currently i am doing DTM series 2 and the GTPACO 24(actually 12) Hours of le mans. They have priority in terms of availability, but i can accommodate 1 more race series.

Did i mention that i want nothing in return?
