Similar to Goldbergs challenge this, but with a car I like. Only I want to make it easier to time. 15 laps round Laguna backwards. It's a completely new track for us all so no testing. TT LM Edition. Come on Zerocool! Challenge runs for as long as needed. Good challenge as it'll be equal. (If any Psychos want to run it in Race format they can :eek: lol ) Rough time is enough.
 
OK here it is, 20:21.222. Rough laps of 1:13/14
 
I'll be doing this..so i just go round seca backwards, is that it?
 
so just try free run or something and from when timer starts , till timer ends is the total time?
 
What I did was Time Trial, crossed the line, turned round , kept mental count of the laps, then paused it as I went across the line the last time. Good luck:)
 
I just finished this. Somewhere round 19:56.452 min it took me round 4 secs to cross the line and turn round. My best lap was around 1:12 a high 1:12 really close to a 1:13.
 
k, 18.30.505, but i think i did an extra lap.....
 
Its not possible to do 21 laps in that time! Do you mean one less? Anyhow, great time Zerocool, shows how well you've sorted that TT. I personally haven't bothered to run mine in practice for a setup, so I drove it pretty close to standars. What sort of setup do you use?
 
Well lets just say my downforce was really really low. I hit bout 200 on the front straight and had my brakes turned up to nearly max 4 that 1st 35mph turn.

and no i mean i mightve done 16 instead of 15......

Yep thats bloody quick, my real prob was getting up the corkscrew at the crest i alwayz 4got to brake and slamed into the wall losing many seconds.
 
yup..the corcscrew..if u hit it just right u will fly up...and land on the road and peel out...other wise if u dont get lucky, slow down or else your going into the wall!!!!!! :D
 
Agreed, only on 2 of the laps did I get it right.

I came in last in my challenge 2, so dont really worry bout it.
 
Oh no, I wasn't worrying, but it rather pisses you off. Nice times though.
 
Yeah i was kinda mad, i thought my time was fast until GOLDBERG posted his. 1min 25+ behind him, arg!!!!
 
Hell, I was 1:50 behind. I think posting the diff. is a good way of posting results too.
 
Yeah, i'm gonna start doing that whenever i make another worth-while challenge.
 
I didnt however, and all your challenges (that I can compete in) are worthwhile. If I see, I accept.
 
I actually meant, that i want a challenge were it is more than u, me and GOLDBERG competeing.
 
yeah man thats weird..whenever i actually enter something..ends up just being the three of us racing :P and zero never winning...... hahaha, j/k man :D
 
Well, that may be so, but I can't think of any ways of getting other people. Cerbera often enters in my challenges, so that adds another person, but otherwise, there's no-one. And I'm restricted as I am without GT3.:(
 
Your not resticted GT3 is the same as GT2, track wise cept 4 the 3 new tracks, all the ones from GT2 are there cept GV East period and high speed ring. U can enter them dan.
 
Ill definately enter the ones I can but some ppl dont like mixing the two games.
