How do i tune my cars to reach the maximum speed possible?

experimentation.

I'll explain, with out having a number for drag or drive train efficiency you can't really calculate top speed possible making it hard to calculate the gear ratios and other setting needed to do so. but there is a process of sorts. Minimize downforce and ride height. Maximize final gear with top gear being close to 1. fine tune till you stop accelerating at just above peek power.

i dont have to lock the diferencial or ajust the suspension?

On a high speed straight the diff has no affect. If your looking for corner exit speed then you have a lot of work to do.

The suspension needs to be low but not so low that you bottom out. This there is math for that. In my signature I have a tuning sheet and calculator, you can use this to help you lower the car without bottoming out.

Given that you have asked. What do you mean by Top Speed? Lap time, MPH/KMPH, or Slip stream racing.

I want top speed on straight line. No corners, only speed. i want to break speed records on SSR 7. No split stream

Well then it is as simple as getting the trans set right and reducing drag

Get the car low to the ground, Stiff suspension.
