GT should have a place inside the game where you can publicly share and sell tunes to everyone. You could just go to a searchable browser that shows a description of the type of tune it is and you buy it and then see or fine tune the set up after its on your car. The biggest problem with online racing is you can't compete in the serious race lobbies without spending 10s of hours for one car (or having to use one of the over used easy cars like the M3, rx7, lfa, nsx, etc etc). More people would play if the game was more centered on racing and not needing to be a mechanic.

With the option to allow the recipient to open up the tune, see how it it is set, modify it and save it under a different name.

Forza moved to a "locked" tune only approach, which is anti-community.
