Tuned cars in make-specific races?

Just a quick question, can 'tuned cars' (like the Tuned Corvette, or the Tuned Lotus 111R) from the 'Concept by Gran Turismo' dealership, be used in the make-specific races, like the Corvette dealership race, or the car-specific races in Events? Or do you have to use the car that the dealer offers? I did a couple of searches, but found nothing...

I think those One-Make Races / special events that offered by the dealers can only use non-tuned cars (the cars you can purchase in those particular dealers except "Concept by GT").
