Tunes for expert formula one and nascar series spec b?

I have been trying the formula one racing a lot on spec b for the extreme thing. I have it fully upgraded and have a level 40 driver. But still end up in last! Any good advice? The same with the NASCAR series. I use my 2010 Tony Stewart car that's maxed out and use the level 40 driver, but still ends in last. I really need help with these two, so any ideas for tunes or NASCAR cars? Thanks
