Have been playing gt for quite some time now and I just buy maximum parts and win races, I'd like to try out tuning and see if I can make cars handle a bit more to my style.

I am a massive Subaru fan and I would use them in most/all races possible.

Big thing is for some reason they don't handle any good on gt and have a turning circle that wouldn't suffice a rego test.

I wish to get my subaru's to either steer sharper at higher speeds or have the tail kick a tiny bit do I can get these corners quicker.

Any thoughts are appreciated I hope to hear back from you guys thanks.

Especially since it's a 4WD car, I would start with the limited slip differential (LSD). The settings the tuning part comes with are usually horrible. Often the stock LSD is better than the tuning part with default settings.
There are several threads discussing LSD which can help understanding it.

Max tuned Imprezas never handle too well on GT5 (unless it's a racing model) to begin with. You can adjust the settings until it handles well but it'll never feel like an Impreza should. If you want to have fun you'll want to downgrade the tyres to sports and keep the bhp around the 4-500 mark.

How is an Impreza "supposed to drive"? I've never been able to grab the concept of what you meant, ever since the JDM Shootout a while back when you were talking about RJ's Scoobie.

And speaking of Imprezas, I've got a few as well…though I guess no one settles for 2nd place. Ahhh…I'm still so far away from my first ever win…

Drive a stock GC8 Impreza and you'll see. :p The entire idea is that you can pretend to be a rally car driver while the car keeps you firmly on the road. All you need to do to get sideways is to give it a little flick at corner entry and then let the 4WD do all the work.
