I have all the upgrades for that first aston martin and i am still real shady on the custom tuning u can do to it and any other cars for that matter.  The thing i need most is probably handeling cause its always spinning out.  What all do i need to mess with..supension?, tcs?..what else?  Thanks

hey man
cool that you got an aston
which one you got?
i got the Vanquish
Vanatge
and DB7
the vantage pushes out the most power
the DB7 is a little dated now
so do the British GT cup and get the vanquish
its an awsome car when tuned
just lower it
adjust brakes
and change tyres
Brumm
say now more

If it's the DB7 you've got it handles pretty fine with the stock settings but you can get more out of it by a bit of tweaking.

The settings I'm using at the moment are:

Springs: 17/16.5
Ride: 94/94
Damper B: 6/6
Damper R: 7/10
Camber: 2.9/1.7
Toe: -0.5/+1.5
Stabs: 4/4
Brakes: 9/12
LSD I: 10
LSD A: 60
LSD D: 30
Gears 1: 3.578
2: 2.491
3: 1.852
4: 1.441
5: 1.154
6: 0.95
Final: 3.362
ASM: 0
TCS: 7

I find this handles in a lovely predictable manner and will power oversteer if you need it to whilst behaving the rest of the time.

Give it a go and see what you think but remember that everyone has different preferences so there's no guarantee that these will work for you.

all i did to mine was stiffen the suspension and lower the ride height, oh yeh and i changed the wheels.
just mess with it until you find what you like.
have fun
