Yikes! There's no way that my time will come close to yours. And assuming that you meant 43.4xx in the lap that went wrong (I did the same many times, albeit with a much worse T2 than that one!), the speed of which you're capable is astonishing. :eek:
 
Um, yes! Saw a 43.4xx and startled myself into a mistake!!! :dunce:
It's not me that's fast, it's the car. :eek:

I had a sneaking suspicion that Austin had clinched this one, but I'd no idea it was going to be that close! I've gotten to know over the past few years that when Austin says he's had a slow sector, it's slow by Div 1. Alien standards,

Didn't get to submit this week, we lost power around 10 and it didn't come back until 4. Shame, I had a pretty good lap, just didn't get to submit it.... ah well, Deep Forest here I come!

EDIT: I would have been last anyway iirc

That was close, indeed! :eek: I knew when I tested RVV's M5 last night that it was slower than the Shelby was in the last sector, but the amount of time that Smallhorses gained over his previous T3-finish sector (almost 0.5) seemed too much for me to surmount given that I had done the same sector about 0.25 faster than I did on my submitted lap. I lost some of that time in the downhill right, and the rest through an emergency throttle lift in the last corner when I was worried about ruining the lap by running into the grass there. I'll post a video of the lap when the camera reappears.
