Tuning Guide

Guys,
Is there a good guide to teach people about the tuning part of GT Sport. Something other than just telling us, the stiffer the sway bar the less body roll.
I am looking for a good guide that will teach me when I want body roll and when I dont etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
