Tuning guides?

Looked around and couldn't find anything so I'm threading this

With all the knowlage of cars and motorsport I have behind me I can't tune a car for my life on GT5. I need to eek every bit of time out of my car as I am in a GT5 race series on another site.

So has anyone got any guides or help for me?
