Tuning - Need Some Help

Hey everyone. I could use some help explaing some of the terminology used in this game vs GT Sport.

Brake Balance - Just shows percentage. Higher or lower to go to the front?

Differential - Not sure what deg means in comparison to GT Sport.

Is there a game guide anywhere?

I can not find one in game.

As I tested 60 to rear and 40 to front.

90d no locking effect. Preload - bigger number- bigger lock.
 
The YouTube channel of JSR John has some tuning tutoriales for PC3.
