Tuning Needed for Honda City 1983

I need to tune my Honda City 1983. I don't have any money left since someone hacked me, and left me with only a Honda Accord Euro 2000. Can somebody FULLY tune my Honda City 1983 for me? Just don't changet the paint or add any aero kits to it. I don't think I can pay anyone back somehow. Just add me, or give me your PSN.

sorry i thought you were looking for a tune for it, not for me to purchase upgrades, im sure someone with plenty of cr. will help you out i have only like 4k or something.
