I need to run my Ruf 3400 in ten laps on Cote de Azur to win the Cobra in amateur roadster race.

I've got 631 hp and all best upgrades.

How should I set my gear ratios and suspension, brakes, etc. to maximize power and handleing for this course. Tires too, (I think i don't want to pit)

Any advice on the course in general.

You could try to equip super slicks and cross your fingers, but I would recommend mediums or medium slicks and pit on lap 5 (halfway).

As for the suspension and transmission, my incredible knowledge in those areas are to be kept family secret. How do you think I have an edge over everybody else in those challenges?

But anyway, good luck on Cote D'Azur dude!

Oh yeah, my best advice I can give you is get the Super License.

That 10th test is on Cote D'Azur with the Toyota GT-One Race Car.

If you can storm through the track without bumping walls in that monster, you should be able to handle it in anything else!

Good Luck bro!

You shouldn't have too much touble beating the opposition in that particular race. Just set you gearing quite short and use standard setup for handling etc. Medium slicks should do the job, but you will need to pit once.

if you really cant pit, get yourself some superslicks.

Is your car turbocharged? If so, I would recommend going down lo level 2 or 3, as you wont have the opportunity to really open it up on cote d'azure, and the improved throttle response will help you more anyhow.

Stiffen your springs, and drop ASM to 1 and TCS to 2. Practice a couple times and make sure you arent pushing (understeering) through turns.

Drop your gearing to about 1/4 of the way from the left on auto.

USE AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION if you cant beat it otherwise. You'll kill yourself shifting that much.

I raced this with medium slicks and pitted at lap 7 when I was in 1st by like 5 secs. The #2 car passed me and never pitted the entire race. He was either in the Tommy Kaira or a Lotus Motosport.

Just to clear things up a little. The Spider & Roadster is in the Professional League. :smilewink

Thanks for the correction,
Is there anyway to beat this guy if he doesn't pit?
Will he pit eventually if I do the race over and over?

when i did the roadster race i didnt win the cobra, i also used my super slicks and didnt have any problems with them

nevamind when he said ameutr it got me confused since u win the cobra in the professional roadster race, i just got confused

You shouldn't have to...not unless you are hella hard on tires. I, myself, do 20 lap races without pitting, but that is my driving style and all.
