What do you think about the GT Auto and Tuning Shop Music?

I like the fact my Personal BGM plays in the menu or during races, but why doesn't this go over to GT Auto or the Tuning Shop. The GT Auto tune is annoying especially when its switched from one of your favorite songs. The Tuning Shop song sounds like a 70s Porno Theme. IMO I would rather have the BGM be applied to every screen in the game, I think that should be an option? Whats your opinion?
 
I like the GT Auto background music. Infact I can live with all the music that comes default in GT5, with exception to that MCR song in the intro. I wish I could put personal BGM over that.

But I do think personal BGM should replace all the default music in the game.

I didn't read any of the reviews for the game, me and my friends have been joking about it for a while saying it sounds like porno music. So no your incorrect just try to enjoy the thread if you can.
 
I dont mind it, but my dog loves the gt auto music, everytime im in there he just stares at the screen and gets all curious lol
 
I don`t like it. Pd should just allow user BGM and be done with it. At least up date it to something a bit more modern sounding.
 
They do fit the GT series, perfectly. Love them. Although, it would have been cool if they would have picked the best music from all of the series, and used them in GT5. Then again, i suppose they have to stay new and current.
 
Are you kidding me? I love the menu music in, well, all GTs really. The tuning menu one is especially amazing, it's a shame I don't tune that much (I prefer to test cars in their factory settings). Anyway, I do like PD's decision to go back to having different tracks for different menus, like GT1. 👍

Tunning = Not so much

Car delivery, one of those randoms titles sound like that HORRIBLE American idol theme.

That second clip would be much easier to hear over and over again...I just think they are redundant, constantly going over and over especially the gt auto music, if I'm looking for a certain color it might take at least 20 hearing that song constantly just gets annoying...I used to like it too
 
I voted who cares.

The first thing i've always done on any GT game (or any game) is to go to the options menu and turn the music off.

Sorry not being rude, (I know more people hate my style of music than like it) but I still havn't come across any game that suits my musical preferance, each to their own I suppose.

Oops. I voted "they are redundant and annoying" without reading it properly. The music is fine, it's the layout and the almost comedy 'parody of itself' goings on with those weird blokes that needs changing.
 
That piano tune was ok for a while but now it annoys me and I did turn off all sounds.
Not disabling all tunes in each menu makes the use of custom "menu music" somewhat pointless but no big deal.
 
I don't really like the music at GT Auto and the Tunign Shop. They're nice for, dunno, the first four to five times you visit those areas in the game and start to get old fast.
Especially because you can replace the rest of the BGM to something you like, so it's kinda annoying to not be able to do so for those two places.

That music just doesn't go well with the stuff I selected as my BGM for the rest of the game. Not at all.
 
Most background music in GT5 I find very fitting and unobtrusive, but once you've been playing the game for a while, especially when you go on a shopping spree and hear the same music in the Dealerships, GT Auto and the Tuning Shop over and over again, it just becomes annoying.

I wish it would just randomly cycle through SOME other tracks like in the main GT Life screen.

I like the GT auto music cause it was one of the first songs i learnt to play on piano. The tuning music/ dealership music is just annoying

I turned all the music off. I hate the intro piano pounding music more than anything. That music ruined the intro. I used to love watching the GT4 intro every time I put the game in. I instanlly skip the GT5 intro video as soon as I hear the dang piano! :crazy::ouch:

Thats the only reason i turned the intro off in the settings menu, it gets better later on though.

I don't like the music either , I don't like the music in any other games I have played. I just shut it out it doesn't bother me then. Simple :)
 
I really wish the music didn't reset each time I access a specific area. That is real annoying because when I navigate, the songs change like every 5 seconds since I do a lot of stuff. :\
