Does anyone have some tuning specs for any car in GT3.
I want to just play around with random cars until GT4 is out

Have you checked out the Settings and tuning Forum?
There are tunings for quite a lot of cars.
You might also use the search feature to find a tuning for a particular car.
Famine and UB 57 are among best tuners, or have the best sources in the tuning guru community.
