Turn lights on on standard cars?

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to turn lights on on standard cars. I can turn them on with premium cars (only if I keep the button pressed though), and I don't know why we can't turn them on on standard cars, since they turn on automatically on nurburgring or night races. If anyone know tricks with lights, let me know please.

Standards don't have a flash option like the Premiums, nor do they have a high/low beam option like the Premiums at nights.
You can't turn on lights and leave them on during the day, they just turn on automatically during the night or on nurburg for some reason
