Dodge is planning to offer two more special edition Dodge Charger colors, according to the Windsor Star (Canada). The colors — first seen in the 1970s — are called “Sub Lime” and “Plum Crazy.” Apparently, all the available cars have already been pre-ordered by dealers. The Charger is made in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, but it was unclear if the models would be offered in the U.S., too. (Pictured right are the original Sub Lime and Plum Crazy Chargers).

I'll take mine in Plum Crazy with the Daytona R/T trim package, and an added set of black powder-coat wheels...
 
i'll take mine however it comes really, as long as its in R/T trim with an under-bonnet blown 440 Hemi, and a lifetimes worth of fuel!
 
... just a shame the current Charger doesn't look half as good as the old skool one.
If I had to pick any, it would be the plum crazy one.
 
The Charger looks good for a 4 door sedan.

The Challenger should please all the mopar fans left a little cold by the Charger though.
 
...just wait for someone to build a two-door charger... someone will be crazy enough to do it!

Its kinda sad they don't offer a true HEMI Orange as a regular color...
 
Darn.. I guess my dad bought his a bit too soon... I'll agree with Famine. I'll take one in Go-Mango. Actually, I'd have one in Big Bad Blue. (or.. was that an AMC color?)
 
I was always a GM color guy (can't help I come from a GM family), but as I said before, Plum-Crazy Purple is still one of my favorite colors ever put on an automobile. Of course, GM's LeMans Blue or Victory Red will always hold the top-two spots...

I'd also like to see Evernham Red added to the pallette.
 
...I'm surprised no one has done a General Lee Charger yet. Maybe we should all pool our money together here on GTPlanet and build one, use it for promotional activites or whatever...

color-wise...think I'll take one of those funky colors from the Superbird.

I think the C5 Special Eddition used a variant of the LeMans blue, but I'm thinking of the classic color available back in the '60s. The more modern version is a bit darker, closer to a "Lazer Blue" or "Electric Blue" from the GM/PPG line...
