Recently went to a drift event in Tuscon AZ. Was my first one, and all I can say is that I had a blast! Can't wait until July 9th to go again. Anyways, here are a few pictures I took while I was there. The pic in the dark isn't that great. I would have put up more pics, but I can't seem to get back into the site I have them hosted on..... (warning, these images are rather large: 1200x900

This car is sporting a RB26DET under the hood. The driver was not that bad at all.

This FC is currently running on two cracket apex seals. The guy who drives it says he is waiting for the motor to go anytime, so he can put the spare that is sitting in his garage in the car.

Several drivers took their turn in this Corolla. One of them even hit the right rear on some tires. (the tires in the upper right corner of pic #3) You can see the damage in this picture.

Here's a couple more:

There's a 240sx in there....

Another FC RX-7. This guy was really good, especially at high speed drifting.

That's all I took. My camera's flash doesn't work that great at night, plus there is a delay from when I push the button to when the camera actually takes the picture. So I'd have the car in sight, push the button.....oops. The car isn't there anymore.:banghead:
