I would have at least killed him though. I'm sure the zombies wouldn't care if it's alive or dead, as long as it's something to eat. Keeping him alive was just terrible, and the screams! I wonder what he will do now though, I mean, someone's bound to find out, and I don't think anyone will be too happy about it.
I don't know if I would have done the same. It wasn't like he really had a choice. I'm not to sure Otis, even if Shane was left behind, could have gotten away from the zombies. He was limping as well, plus he's not to terribly fit. Though that begs the question if they could try and make a run for it, and if they couldn't, then decide who would bite the bullet and stay behind. The kid did need medication, and fast or else he would have died. I'm wondering how Shane will live with all this, he already tried to "do things" to Lory, he's had bad thoughts towards Rick, and now this. It'll all pile on.
Then there's Derryl and Andrea. I have a feeling something will happen between the two of them.
