The Speed 12 wasn't over 1 mil.
I really don't think it was.

Edit: Geez, just look at the link. It says it's about 259k.

Per mygranturismo.net: CALSONIC SKYLINE GT-R Race Car '93 costs 973K, but IS BLACKLISTED. The Cerbera Speed 12 is only 259K and can be gifted.

Yh the TVR can definitely be traded,
The Nissan is under 1million credits aswell
