That is the R390 Road Car, which I'm afraid can not me gifted due to its price. The easiest way I found to get it is from a Level 12 ticket. It can also be acquired from a 1998 ticket or 1000 ticket but would take more more (depending on your luck). In order to get the car you want from a ticket you need to back up your save file on a USB thumbdrive before using the ticket. While it is not a requirement I also like to stash an additional backup copy of the save file on to my computer (in case I mess up and over-write the file on the thumbdrive by mistake).
Anyhow, once the save file is backed up then use the ticket. If you don't get the car you want then reload the save file from the thumbdrive and try again. When I wanted the R390 it took me less then 10 tries to get it.
If you are willing to go this route (i.e. you have the USB thumbdrive that's needed to do this and are willing to go through the process to get what you want) then I have an offer to the OP that could help both of you.
OP, I have a level 12 ticket that I am willing to send to you in exchange for the same car you are wanting (i.e. the TVR). I send you my Level 12 ticket, you then send it to HudsonValley in exchange for the 0/0/0 car in the color of your choice, and then after he sends you the car you send a copy to me (which also requires a thumbdrive in order to back up your save file before sending a copy of the car to me). If this works for you send me a FR at AFTAC_99104. At the moment I am clear to send a car or ticket in about 5 hours. Earlier this after I offered to send a car to another member this evening but it looks like he isn't going to accept my offer. If you accept my offer before his you get my send in 5 hours. If he accepts before you do then it won't be till 24 hours later before I can send the ticket. Either way if you and HudsonValley are interested in my offer let me know.
Okay, then it sounds like it's up to the OP at this point. If he decides he doesn't want to bother with the use of a thumbdrive (or if the other gent cuts in on the trade) then send me a PM and I will trade with directly. Also, if the OP does accept if he doesn't want a copy of the level 12 ticket I can send it straight to you but you would need to send the car of his choice to him.

I have lvl 12 now. i figured out how to save the game,after opening few times i still dont get 390 road car. i bookmarked the link THANKS
It all comes down to how badly you want it and how much effort you're willing to put in to it. Last week I wanted a red Cizeta from a level 12 ticket and it took me close to 50 tries before I got it. While doing it I had at least 4 Cizetas come up (but in the wrong color) along with 5 or 6 R390 road cars (all blue). By the time a Cizeta came up in red I was jumping for joy.

Yeah, that's the catch. Sometimes it can come up with only a few tries while other times it can take a while.
Since you have the ticket (and with any luck the car you want) does that mean you are rescinding your offer to trade with the OP? If so you might want to edit your initial post on this thread to indicate the withdrawal.
