Use less gas. It's a very fast car but doesn't have as much downforce as a full-fledged race car, although it can beat the AI in some LMP events with no tuning in the hands of a not-very-fast driver. You have to accelerate a bit like it's a Group C car.

Biggest problem I've noticed is understeer on entry, but that's probably caused by the same thing... tons of power(speed) and compromises for the street.
