@CowboyAce57 I did a bit of research and this car appears to be identical to the Griffith 500 which has already been suggested, so it is worth supporting that thread:
Wikipedia states that the car was sold in Japan under this name, but I can't find any evidence of this and it is possible that the name was made up. 340 refers to the bhp level of the TVR modified 5 litre Rover V8 engine used.
